Ramona and Beezus!!
My FAVORITE books and television show when I was a child is soon to be release as a movie!! Ramona books were my obsession, even though I related to her older sister rather than Ramona. This is something I will go to see even if I can't find a child to use as my excuse. Can't wait!

Omigod. Me too. I read all of them - even the Henry Huggins book - and I would get the books on tape from the library and I just loved them. I even lived right in Ramona's real back yard - Portland, OR. So I'll be there to see the film. Loved the TV series too starring Sarah Polley who went on to a rather colorful cinema career. Yippee!
ReplyDeleteI watched the series soooo much growing up. I think we had it on VHS. I STILL think about the yougurt chicken everytime I'm pulling raw chicken out of the fridge!
